• non-cash refund is available for a limited 14-day store credit/exchange for opened/used products (where allowed by law), and
• cash refund for new products in unopened/unused condition varified upon reciept.
• 14-day store credit; or exchange for non-damaged/defective item in replacement of received product. 

While store credits/exchange must be initiated within 14 days, all returns (including damaged and unopened items) are eligible for return up to 30 days after delivery.

• For a return/exchange of a non-defective product: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Damaged or Defective items: In the rare instance that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly work with you to resolve the matter.

For customer peace of mind, we offer a full cash refund within 30 days of delivery, only for items returned unopened and in the original, unused condition.

• Refund Processing Time: 7 business days following receipt of the returned product.
